Orders submitted prior to 15:00 GMT shall, wherever feasible, commence processing on the same business day. Standard processing requires 1–2 business days, with subsequent UK delivery typically completed within 1–3 business days (weekdays only). All deliveries are provided without additional charge.

During periods of elevated demand, orders may experience extended fulfilment timeframes. We recommend allowing for maximum stated delivery duration plus an additional three business days. Should your consignment fail to arrive within this extended period, please contact our customer service team with your order reference number.

In the event your delivery arrives in damaged condition or contains incorrect items:

• Correspond with our team via electronic mail, including your order reference
• We shall arrange expeditious replacement or refund processing
